Carnival Corporation & PLC is an American-British cruise company and the world's largest travel leisure company. It has over 100 vessels across 10 cruise line brands, including Cunard and P&O, which are operated by Carnival UK in Southampton.

With its Cunard fleet being transferred to the States, there were too many products sat between P&O and Cunard.

We undertook a rationalisation project to remove duplication of products and developed a dedicated warehouse and logistics solution.

Improve

• 12% overall savings
• Containers are now loaded and sealed ready to be forwarded to Carnival’s global fleet
• We continue to work to further process improvement and range rationalisation
• Over 1200 products are undergoing a strategic review (from cabin/room cleaning to engine room spill control)
