Carnival Corporation & PLC is an American-British cruise company
and the world's largest travel leisure company. It has over 100 vessels
across 10 cruise line brands, including Cunard and P&O, which are
operated by Carnival UK in Southampton.
With its Cunard fleet being transferred to the States, there were too many products sat between P&O and Cunard.

We undertook a rationalisation project to remove duplication of
products and developed a dedicated warehouse and logistics solution.

Containers are now loaded and sealed ready to be forwarded to Carnival’s global fleet
We continue to work to further process improvement and range rationalisation
Over 1200 products are undergoing a strategic review (from cabin/room cleaning to engine room spill control)
