Our recently refurbished offices and Tower’s headquarters. This is where all administrative functions are carried out. This includes customer services, finance, IT, marketing, procurement, and sales.
Most of the Senior Leadership Team are based at our headquarters. It’s also the location for our Trade & Retail Outlet, where customers can collect orders. It’s also open to the Trade and Public.

Holton Heath is where virtually all operational activity takes place, with key departments including goods-in, goods out, quality control, and the home of our branded clothing and PPE service.
All the products in the Centre are managed by barcode at the point of entry. With various storage applied as appropriate to the product type and expected demand.

Dorset Business Park is dedicated to distribution of products specifically used by cruise clients. Most despatches are within containers shipped directly to ports and vessels worldwide.
The management of the Dorset Business Park Distribution Centre is the responsibility of our Operations Director, who is based at the Main Distributor Centre at Holton Heath.
