Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) distributes power to 3.7 million British homes. We were tasked with providing the workwear their teams need to get home safe each day. With the challenges of the pandemic and Brexit, measures were put in place to ensure continuity of supply.   

Control

We instigated a weekly call with the procurement team to ensure that the project was delivered on time.

We also attended safety meetings and roadshows to ensure staff and end users could feedback on the products, enabling continuous improvement.

We are in the process of integrating our ordering portal, CtrlCloud, which will support with reporting and ensure staff always have the products they need.  

Improve

• Our large stock and efficient processes meant frontline teams experienced continued deliveries and we were able to maintain their safe working arrangements.
• Tower also managed the smooth transition to new products, ensuring no interruption to supply.
