Dividing the cost of procuring and the actual expense of an item over a period is called ‘cost-in-use’. When the initial unit price of an item is more expensive, Tower can help you calculate whether making sure the item lasts longer will reduce repetitive expenditure and associated costs of raising a PO. Our online portal is a great way for our customers to measure their own cost-in-use as well.
